This place really felt right at home so cutesyyy:)) . Everything is an open concept and on top of everything being amazing and well put together. My 3 year old son loved it and didn’t want to leave they had so much for him to do and he love the couch bed. Its the cutest coziest air bnb i have ever stayed in and nothing ever became a problem bc of how lovely they really set everything up if it be the kitchen,ac,microwave or dishwasher everything was perfect and it had its own washer and dryer..!
I recommend everyone to come to this air bnb if you ever visit college station! ♥️

My sister and I stayed at Russ and Margie’s place for a game day girls weekend. We enjoyed our stay! Clean. Nicely decorated. Clear instructions re Airbnb details. Plenty of space for two people. It had everything we needed and more. It was very close to the downtown Bryan shuttle that drove us straight to the MSC for the game. I would recommend this to family/friends and will keep it in mind for my future visits to Aggieland.

Beautiful, cozy place! Stayed here for one night with my Husband, in-laws, and 10 & 15 year old boys. It was spacious for us all. We all slept very comfortably. Our only regret is not being able to stay more nights!Russ and Margie are generous and thoughtful hosts! If in town again, this would be our first pick!

The Spacious and Charming hideaway was truly a haven of perfection. Its fantastic location was a mere 6 minute walk to the historic downtown, uplifting our spirits. The unit was thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities, making our stay feel like a dream come true.

We booked Russ and Margie’s place last minute and weren’t quite sure what to expect, but it ended up being absolutely perfect. The home was spotless, cozy, and filled with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. It’s in a great spot, just minutes from downtown Bryan and plenty of restaurants, which made exploring super easy and convenient. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked just as described, which we really appreciated. Russ and Margie were kind, responsive, and made check-in effortless. The location was also ideal: close to A&M, yet peaceful and quiet. We'll definitely be back!

My wife and I commented several times throughout our visit how much we loved the studio. It was far and away the most well stocked Airbnb we’ve stayed in, with extras for extras for everything. Both mornings we enjoyed a short walk to the bagel shop for a coffee and breakfast. We are going to stay there again.
