Went down to college station for the A&M graduation and this was the perfect stay. Very convenient location and plenty of space inside. Privacy within the rooms and will definitely be staying here next time we visit college station. All linens were freshly cleaned and smelled very fresh.

Felt like home. It was a great place to stay for A&M graduation. Coffee bar amenities were wonderful. Walkable to coffee shop. We loved being able to hear the trains. Gig ‘Em! Thanks for a great place to stay.

This place was absolutely enjoyable in every aspect. The upper floor encouraged us to leave the windows open to enjoy the fresh air with beautiful views across the tree tops of the sunrise and sunset.
The spacious open concept, lovely decor, sweet kitchen area and two full baths made the unit feel like an entire home away from home! We will be returning 💕

Our stay in Bryan was lovely! I appreciated that this space had an open layout which made it easy to gather with family. It was incredibly clean and comfortable. Easy to access, and very close to restaurants and coffee shops. Having large closets, laundry in unit, and multiple bathrooms were a huge perk. They had everything we needed, and the space was perfect for what we were looking for. Would gladly stay here again!

I had a truly wonderful stay at this apartment. From the moment I arrived, I felt such a deep sense of peace and comfort—it honestly felt like home. The atmosphere was so welcoming, and for me personally, I could even feel the presence of the Holy Spirit, which made my stay even more special.
The place was extremely clean and well-maintained, and everything I needed was thoughtfully provided. You can tell the host really cares about their guests.
As a woman traveling alone, safety is very important to me, and I felt completely safe and secure in this area throughout my stay.
I’m so grateful for the hospitality and would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, clean, and welcoming place to stay!

Russ and Margie's Airbnb was very welcoming and comfy for our two-day visit to Bryan. Quiet neighborhood -- yes, the train rolls by at times -- but wasn't a bother (Russ & Margie have white noise devices for each bedroom). Walkable to downtown Bryan. Short drive to the Bush Library and the Brazos Center. Communications were extremely clear -- how everything worked, etc. Kitchen was great. Ditto for the bathrooms. Plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. Spacious and well-lit. Parking lot is only for the building.

I came to Bryan for an extended work stay. Russ and Margie’s place was conveniently located for a quick commute to work in the morning and an easy walk into Bryan in the evening for dinner. Will definitely recommend to my coworkers.

Excellent place to stay, extremely clean and organized. Kitchen is nicely stocked, I was able to cook easily. The unit itself was very quiet, but you definitely can hear the numerous trains blowing their horns as they drive through the neighborhood. I am a light sleeper and use silicone earplugs, which helped. Nice location near a lot of restaurants and coffee shops. Russ and Margie responded quickly if I messaged them. Thank you for a pleasant stay!
